Ennio Morricone has died at the age of 91. The Italian composer died in a hospital in Rome as a result of a fall. He is considered one of the most influential film composers of the twentieth century. His soundtrack to the western Once Upon a Time in the West became one of the most successful film music albums ever, with more than ten million copies sold.
