The COLOR initiative is a driver for inclusivity and diversity in the Dutch television and film industry intended for funds, broadcasters & NPO, producers, casting directors, training courses, trade associations and basically everyone in the industry. This new initiative has been launched in a publication signed by a very broad representation of actors and professionals.
