Netflix will have a special manager who will focus on purchasing and co-producing content for the Benelux. The appointment is in line with Netflix's intention to make more Dutch and Belgian productions in the coming years.
Janey van Ireland, best known as the manager of actors such as Carice van Houten and Marwan Kenzari, will take up the position as of August. Van Ireland will work from Netflix's European headquarters in Amsterdam.
