Ronald Harwood (85), Oscar-winnaar voor scenario The Pianist, overleden'
Sir Ronald Harwood died of natural causes on Tuesday at the age of 85.
Harwood, born in Cape Town in 1934 as Ronald Horwitz, received an Oscar nomination in 1984 for the best adapted screenplay of the 1980 play The Dresser he wrote. The playwright won in the same category for The Pianist, directed by Roman Polanski.
