Digna Sinke, a prominent Dutch director, will be honored with a retrospective of 13 films at Viennale 2025 in Vienna, where she will also celebrate her 76th birthday. The selection includes works from her 1972 graduation film "Greetings from Zonnemaire" to her recent film "Key to Heaven." These films demonstrate a deep personal focus, a characteristic consistently present in her oeuvre. Sinke collaborated with renowned actors, and her production company, SNG Film, co-produced the film. Sinke appreciates the freedom a limited budget affords her in filmmaking.
