Despite a higher market share for French films (37.7%), Hollywood films such as "Zootopia 2," "Lilo & Stitch," and "Avatar: Fire & Ash" dominated the charts. The biggest local hit was "God Save the Tuche," the only French film to appear in the top 10. The year ended with a rebound, primarily thanks to American films, and CNC president Gaƫtan Bruel is optimistic about 2026, partly due to the strong performance of director-driven films.
