Teun Kuilboer has left his role in the Dutch crime series Sleepers, produced by Videoland and Fiction Valley, effective immediately. He describes the situation as unworkable due to manipulation and hidden agendas, among other things. The producers acknowledge previous tensions and creative differences with Kuilboer and want to resume discussions, although this has not yet been successful. Sleepers, created by Robert de Hoog and Simon de Waal and starring De Hoog, will be renewed for a fourth season.
