After three years of fairly predictable outcomes, the Oscar race is remarkably wide open this year, with Paul Thomas Anderson's *One Battle After Another* and Ryan Coogler's *Sinners* vying for Best Picture. *One Battle After Another* won the PGA Award, but *Sinners* took home the SAG ensemble-ensemble-ensemble... the SAG ensemble award, while Michael B. Jordan won his first Best Actor of the season, edging out Timothée Chalamet. Sean Penn solidified his Supporting Actor Oscar hopes with a SAG win for *One Battle After Another*, and Amy Madigan surprised everyone in the Supporting Actress category for *Weapons*. Jessie Buckley expectedly won Best Actress for *Hamnet*, while Wagner Moura and Stellan Skarsgård are serious wild cards in their respective categories.
