Videoland confirms the third season of *Máxima* even before the second season airs on March 14th. The new season focuses on the first ten years of the monarchy and features an entirely new cast playing the roles of Máxima, Willem-Alexander, and Friso, among others. Season two, directed by Saskia Diesing and Joosje Duk with a screenplay by Rifka Lodeizen and Daan Gielis, follows Delfina Chaves and Martijn Lakemeier from their wedding to their inauguration, and the series is now available in over 85 countries. Producer Rachel van Bommel of Millstreet Films calls the monarchy, combined with growing children, a fertile arena for new stories.
