Mandy Chang, former documentary director at Fremantle and BBC anchor Storyville, will become the first CEO of the UK's Documentary Film Council (DFC), a member organization representing the British documentary industry established in 2023. Chang, whose credits include *Two Strangers: Trying Not to Kill Each Other*, *It's Never Over: Jeff Buckley*, and *Welcome to Chechnya*, takes over from acting co-CEOs Steve Presence and Emily Copley. Coinciding with her appointment, Zara Meerza and Julian Carrington will join as trustees of the organization.
