From March 19 to 25, the East Doc Platform will present forty documentary projects from more than twenty countries in Prague, divided into three sections. The East Doc Forum will showcase 21 feature-length documentaries and docuseries, with fourteen projects developed within the Ex Oriente Film workshop and pitched on March 24 at Kino 35. The East Doc Market offers one-on-one meetings with international industry professionals and presents fourteen projects in two program streams, while Czech Docs: Coming Soon will screen five upcoming Czech documentaries on March 23. Themes such as wartime memory, identity, and social transformation dominate the selection. Thirteen awards will be presented, including the Silver Eye Award and financial awards such as the €2,000 HBO Award.
