Peter Lubbers takes up the position of Director of Content at RTL and Videoland effective May 1, succeeding Peter van der Vorst, who has held the overarching role of Director of Content & Strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium within DPG Media since December 2024. Lubbers, former CEO of Banijay Benelux and co-founder of Concept Street, will be the primary point of contact for talent and producers in the Netherlands, while remaining responsible for content selection and quality assurance on both the linear channels and Videoland. In this role, he reports to Van der Vorst and contributes to the streaming-first strategy of the combined Dutch and Belgian organization.
