Visions du Réel verwelkomt VAF Wildcard-winnaar As Far As We Imagine'

As Far As We Imagine by Raouf Moussa, a graduation film from KASK that won the VAF Wildcard Filmlab in late 2025, has been selected for the Opening Scenes competition of Visions du Réel (April 17–26, 2026) in Nyon, where selected filmmakers participate in a four-day industry program. The film explores placelessness and perspective through maps, projections, and digital simulations. Alongside this selection, Flemish co-productions are represented: Du soleil et du plomb by Jérôme le Maire in the International Competition, Club Heaven by Jona Honer in the Burning Lights competition, and Opera of Horror and Salvation by Anastasia Veber in the short film competition, the first two of which received support from the VAF/Filmfonds.
