Mubi sluit meerjarige cofinancieringsovereenkomst met investeringsfondsbeheerder IPR.VC om Europese auteurfilms te financieren'
Mubi and Helsinki-based IPR.VC have signed a multi-year co-financing agreement for European auteur films, launching the collaboration with Pawel Pawlikowski's "Fatherland" and Felix Van Groeningen's "Let Love In," both of which are expected at Cannes. IPR.VC, which has similar deals with A24 and MK2, will act as a strategic investor in future Mubi productions, thereby helping to spread risks in a volatile distribution landscape. Mubi, which received one hundred million dollars from Sequoia in 2025, is also bringing Jane Schoenbrun's "Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma" and Andrew Haigh's "A Long Winter" to Cannes.
