Family film Superjuffie in de Jungle has secured the Golden Film award with 100,000 cinema visitors. In the film by director Martijn Smits, Miss Josje experiences an exciting adventure when she is asked to save the animals in the jungle. The fifth Golden Film of 2026 was presented in the presence of director Martijn Smits and actors Diewertje Dir, Polle van Geffen, Quinthe Hozee, and Béla Bussink.
The Golden Film Award is an initiative of the Netherlands Film Festival, with support from the Netherlands Film Fund and the Abraham Tuschinski Fund.
