On Tuesday, May 26, Beeld & Geluid will launch their new online platform, De Schatkamer, with the official opening by Minister Rianne Letschert broadcast live during Tijd voor MAX at 5:10 PM on NPO 1. The platform offers users free and ad-free access to hundreds of thousands of radio and television programs from the period 1920–2020, largely sourced from public broadcasters. Users can search the archive themselves or be guided by thematic stories, while music programs are only available to a limited extent as the rights are held by external parties.
