The Film of Rutger, Thomas & Paco 2, directed by Hans Somers with a screenplay by Maarten van den Broek and Hans Somers, premiered on Sunday at Pathé Arena, filling the theaters with more than 2,500 families. The story revolves around Rutger Vink and Thomas van Grinsven, who discover that their dog Paco has turned into a cat and that someone wants to transform all dogs, resulting in a comical adventure full of chaos and disguises. Tickets for the public premieres sold out within a few hours, while the first film had already drawn more than 300,000 viewers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
