Holly Mae Brood stars in La Vida Barcelona, a new Videoland Original drama series currently being filmed in Barcelona and available to stream from 2027. The series follows Juul, who is sent undercover by her mother to a competing design agency in Barcelona to sabotage a pitch, but builds a life of her own there that confronts her with a personal choice. The production, developed by Millstreet Films and RTL Creative Unit, is entirely female-led in the directing and writing departments, and receives support from the Netherlands Film Fund Production Incentive and the Creative Europe MEDIA programme.
