Angela Willemse plays mother Pleun - a Dutch sophisticated mother from "Oud Zuid" who has it all together - in Dutch art house shortfilm "Bloem". The film was broadcasted in art house cinema Breda and follows the story of a young woman Bloem, who has lost energy in life and struggles with life as a growing up woman. The film focuses on Bloem and the relationship with her family, in particular her mother. A distance has slowly grown between them and mother Pleun lost her grip on her daughter. Both women become more and more frustrated, but in the end, with the help of an intervention. they find each other again.
