Are you a filmmaker with the ambition to work in education? Then sign up for our Didactics training by Judith Boessen (teacher and researcher in cultural education).
The training is designed in such a way that you will learn the basics of didactics: standing in front of a group, the direct instruction model and the structure of an educational activity. In addition, there is time to practice yourself, there is room for questions, interaction and sparring with other participants. The training consists of two sessions.
During the first meeting, you will learn how to use the Visual Thinking Strategy, a question-driven method to talk about film in class. You will learn how to sharpen your presentation skills to get your message across clearly and convincingly. And we will get started with the direct instruction model. In addition, the SLO core objectives of education will be discussed.
In the second meeting, each participant develops their own educational activity or workshop that meets all the discussed didactic principles. You can then use this activity directly in practice.
