Wanted: film student(s) to film sessions at conference

Looking for a film student or film professional who can film various breakout sessions and keynotes at our Stories Unfold Self-Publishing Conference on March 20, 2025 at the Amsterdam Public Library (OBA), 10:00-16:00. Because there are 3 sessions in each block, we want to provide a video link to all conference attendees so they can see a session they might have missed. Would also be great to have some sort of a short afterfilm to send to conference attendees. We're expecting approx 60 int'l writers and authors at this event. Your lunch, networking borrel, and goodiebag are included along with a 20/hr fee as we're on a limited budget.

Someone with experience filming to film on the day itself (at times 3 sessions at once) + editing the film, doing the sound so that we have good quality segments of each session to send to attendees afterwards.

1 day (6 hrs total) + (?) hrs montage/editing afterwards.

-Experience with film/video and sound
-has their own video and sound equipment
-is able to edit film afterwards and send as easily accessible links/files.
