Museumpubliek Ketchup

The short film 'Ketchup' is about how our judgement of what we consider 'normal' or 'abnormal' is context-dependent. The subtitle is therefore 'What costs you your job at the office would be art in a museum.'

The synopsis reads: 'The story revolves around Andrea, a young woman who, in the safety of her home, loves to douse herself in ketchup—an ecstatic ritual, an obsession. One day, she can't control her urge and squirts herself with ketchup during a meeting at work. The Narrator takes us through the aftermath of this incident: Andrea is fired on the spot by her manager, Tobi. Yet Andrea continues to haunt Tobi. Years later, in a museum, he sees her again—this time as a ketchup performance artist. Their eyes meet. She hands him the ketchup bottle. He takes it. Lifts it and… squirts.'

For the scene in the museum we are looking for a large group of visitors who will watch Andrea's ketchup performance act. Background or appearance does not matter, in terms of age we only ask for 18+. There is no maximum age.

Wat bieden wij?
Er is helaas geen fee aanwezig, maar wel reiskostenvergoeding. Daarnaast verzorgen wij de koffie en thee. De film zal tevens vertoond worden op het Nederlands Film Festival, en vervolgens de nationale en internationale festivalroute ingaan.
