Producent: drieluik 'Silent Waters'

In 2023 I graduated from the HKU with the short film Silent Waters. The film is set in former Yugoslavia and tells a story about war, from the perspective of a Bosnian father who wants to protect his daughter Lejla from the looming ethnic conflict. The film has been shown at various film festivals and won, among others, the NPO Fiction Talent Award at the NFF.

I discovered that there is still a very important new story to tell within this context. That is why I have been working on two new short films since then to form a triptych with Silent Waters around the character Lejla. The shooting will take place in the Netherlands and Bosnia.

Er zijn al verschillende interessante en relevante partijen en personen betrokken bij het project die de realisering ervan kunnen ondersteunen en/of coproduceren, dus er zijn al veel handvaten om ons op weg te helpen! Samen met de producent ga ik een strategie ontwikkelen voor financiering en realisering.
