Freelance scriptwriter assistent

What you are going to do
You will participate in writing and rewriting scripts for interactive VR training courses that focus on short monologues. The dialogues are minimal, as the experience is entirely first-person, from the point-of-view of the participant, namely an employee who will follow the VR training course to improve in certain skills.
The content lines and concept scripts have therefore already been set out by the client - your task is to translate this into a natural, catchy and targeted script that works well in a VR environment, together with our script expert.

You will work closely with our project team, which works partly part-time and hybrid (from home). Being able to work independently is therefore essential, as is the ability to switch quickly and edit sharply.

You are someone who...
- Experience with writing scenarios, scripts or voice-over texts (experience with e-learning, training or VR is a plus)
- Understands how people learn, and how to convey information powerfully in a few words, and also how feedback (on a correct or incorrect answer) can best be formulated briefly and powerfully
- Experiences short deadlines and clear feedback as motivating
- Learns quickly and can work independently
- Open to remote collaboration with a creative team that also works from home and Hilversum
- Available at short notice and interested in a long-term partnership

Periode
Per direct voor enkele uren per week (in overleg te bepalen) tot en met de zomer, mits de conceptscripts allemaal aangeleverd zijn door de opdrachtgever anders loopt het uit tot en met september.

Functie eisen / profiel
Het gaat om schrijven van VR-training geschikte scripts in samenwerking met de expert van ons. Het gaat om een ondersteunende functie waarbij je de ene keer een eigen script voor je rekening neemt en de andere keer controleer je de gemaakte scripts van de eindverantwoordelijke scriptschrijver.
