Editor gezocht

Last February, as a first-year student of film and audiovisual media, I shot my first short film Under the Pink Light. This film is about Johanna, a young woman who develops a relationship with another woman while going out, and has to keep this a secret from her strict religious mother.

I had to edit this film myself for my education, but am now looking for someone who can make a (better) edit of it for my portfolio. I am looking for someone who understands the core of the story well and with my creative input can turn this into a strong edit.

To do this, you will receive the script, the director's vision and the raw footage. I would also like to meet with you (in the Rotterdam region or online) to discuss specific wishes.

Functie eisen / profiel
Ik ben op zoek naar iemand die het leuk vindt om te editen en bij voorkeur al enige ervaring heeft. Het is een studentenproject, dus mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar iemand die zelf ook student is of recent een studie heeft afgerond, maar dit is geen vereiste. Op praktischer vlak zoek ik iemand die openstaat voor mijn creatieve input, feedback, en periodieke check-ins, die duidelijk communiceert.

Affiniteit met geluid is een pré, maar geen vereiste. Indien niet gewenst of niet mogelijk is het voldoende om in overleg enkel het geluid te syncen.

Wat bieden wij?
Omdat dit een passieproject is is mijn budget voor deze opdracht max. €100, waarbij een deel in overleg van tevoren betaald kan worden. Daarnaast krijg je natuurlijk de mogelijkheid om dit project aan je eigen portfolio toe te voegen.
