Film festival entry in collaboration with CineSud:After a warm summer evening full of chatter, laughter and games, peace returns to Marieke's garden. But the silence also carries something heavier.
The atmosphere is laidback, cozy, spontaneous, soft (also character traits of the characters). The characters really form a group of friends who clearly have a close bond which becomes clear from the small moments (nonverbal play). They raise their children freely and this is visible in the situation - everywhere are dress-up clothes, toys and traces of a lived garden.
If you have children who can appear on screen, that is a plus.
