We are working on a short science fiction film with the working title Channel 9.
The story takes place in a dystopian future where a technorunner named Max searches for forgotten technology in an abandoned factory. The film was shot over two days at an impressive industrial location.

We are looking for an experienced actor between the ages of 30 and 45 with a strong screen presence.
We are thinking of a male actor, but are also open to a female actress.
You play Max, a smart, independent investigator of forgotten technology. He's level-headed, sharp, and sometimes sarcastic, but beneath the surface lies a certain vulnerability. The role doesn't demand great drama, but it does require believability in small glances, a strong physical performance, and convincing interaction with a voice in your ear. You have to be able to handle the tension, even when little is said.

Physically, you must be able to wear a (light) hazmat-style outfit for part of the shooting day and be comfortable in a dusty location.
