Looking for a Gaffer – 48 Hour Film Project Amsterdam

We are participating in the 48 Hour Film Project Amsterdam 2025, taking place October 17–19. In just one weekend, our team will write, shoot, and edit a short film. We are a semi-professional group of filmmakers passionate about storytelling, and we are looking for a gaffer to join our crew.

Omschrijving
A gaffer (chief lighting technician) who can bring creative and practical lighting solutions under time pressure. Experience is preferred, but motivation and teamwork are most important.

Periode
October 17–19, 2025 (48 Hour Film Project Amsterdam weekend).

Functie eisen / profiel
- Design and execute the lighting plan
- Collaborate with the DoP and director to achieve the visual look
- Handle setup and breakdown of lighting equipment efficiently
- Be available for the entire 48HFP weekend
