We are an independent film team shooting a short film (working title: Cabinet) in and around The Hague starting in two weeks. The project is the second part of a trilogy with professional ambitions for the festival circuit - a proof of concept for an upcoming feature.

We are looking for an experienced sound recordist who matches the professionalism of our crew: precise, communicative and used to delivering clean, organised location sound under time pressure. You’ll work closely with a small, ambitious production team and be expected to think proactively about sound solutions on set. Own kit would be a major plus.

17/18/19 oktober, 24/25 oktober, 8 november

Functie eisen / profiel
Excellent boom technique and confident with wireless lav setups.

Strong file management: multitrack WAV delivery (48 kHz / 24-bit or production spec), tidy metadata and clear folder structure.

Experience with industry-standard recorders/mixers (eg. Sound Devices, Nagra, Zoom) and timecode workflow.

Quick problem-solver (RF issues, wind, location acoustics) and calm under pressure.

Professional attitude: punctual, clear communicator, respectful with cast/crew and gear.

Available for shoots in/around The Hague; willing to work full shoot days.
