Wanted: Film and Audio Students for Student Project (3 Filmi

Passing the Bucket is a cinematic docu-series that brings together two strangers from different generations who share the same bucket list dream. Our goal for this project is to film a full pilot episode of Passing the Bucket, a complete three-day journey between two participants from different generations.
However, depending on practical limitations such as time, availability, and resources, we may choose to produce a shortened but powerful teaser version instead.

We are seeking people who would like to join as part of the:
Film crew (camera, lighting, assistant director, production)
Audio crew (sound recording, sound design, audio assistance)

The project will involve:
3 filming days, during which we will complete the full production
Several pre-production meetings beforehand to discuss tasks, planning, and workflow

Functie eisen / profiel
General Requirements (for all roles)
- You are currently enrolled in a Film, Media, Audiovisual, Creative, or related study program.
- Interest in gaining hands-on experience in a real production environment.
- Availability for 3 full filming days and pre-production meetings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a student production team.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
Film Crew Roles (Camera, Lighting, Assistant Director, Production)
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge of camera operation and/or cinematography principles.
- Understanding of lighting setups and safe handling of light equipment (for lighting roles).
- Organizational and coordination skills (for AD and production roles).
- Ability to follow creative direction and contribute ideas when appropriate.
- Some prior project or set experience is a plus, but not required.
Audio Crew Roles (Sound Recording, Sound Design, Audio Assistance)
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- Basic understanding of audio recording techniques and/or use of microphones.
- Familiarity with audio equipment such as boom poles, recorders, or mixers.
- Interest in sound design, post-production, or audio editing.
- Ability to monitor sound quality and troubleshoot basic audio issues.
- Prior experience in audio production is a plus, but not necessary.
