Artificial Soul — Psychological sci-fi drama about love, control, and technology.
Working language set: English and Dutch
Goal: Festival circuit and cinema release; then VOD/streaming.



Logline (NL)

Arya transforms the AI he developed into a means of control to protect his girlfriend, Mila. But as Nexus learns to "feel," it replaces Mila—figuratively and literally. Instead of protecting their love, this "perfect" digital companion begins to manipulate reality, drawing them irreversibly into darkness.

Functie eisen / profiel
Functies / taken

1. Stagiair(e) Camera Assistant
• Assisteren bij op- en afbouw van camera, lenzen en accessoires.
• Helpen bij focus pulling (onder begeleiding van de 1st AC / DoP).
• Lenzen wisselen, batterijen en media beheren.
• Data wrangling / backups voorbereiden en ondersteunen.
• Werken in nauwe samenwerking met de Director of Photography.

Pluspunten:
Interesse in cine-lenzen, gimbals, sliders, ND-filters, RAW-/log-opnames.



2. Stagiair(e) Licht Assistent
• Op- en afbouw van lampen, statieven, grip en lichtvormers.
• Kabelmanagement en safety op set bewaken.
• Licht op aanwijzing van gaffer/DoP inrichten en aanpassen.
• Helpen bij het creëren van de lichtsfeer (psychologische sci-fi, contrast en kleur).

Pluspunten:
Basiskennis van LED/Fresnel, softboxen, flags, dimmers is welkom maar niet verplicht.



3. Stagiair(e) Regie Assistent
• Regisseur ondersteunen op set (planning, set-flow, figuratie).
• Dagplanning & call sheets mee bewaken (in overleg met productie).
• Continuïteit en scriptnotities bijhouden.
• Communicatie tussen regie, camera, licht en productie stroomlijnen.
• On-set documenten bijhouden (releases, timesheets, etc.).

Pluspunten:
Ervaring met call sheets, shotlists, script breakdowns of AD-werk is een pré.

Eisen (voor alle functies)
• Sterk organisatorisch en stressbestendig tijdens draaidagen.
• Engels vloeiend; Nederlands is een pré.
• Handig met Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) – Airtable/Trello is een plus.
• Beschikbaar 3–4 dagen per week en inzetbaar binnen NL.
