Video Producer

Are you someone who thrives on variety, can quickly switch between clients and projects, and can maintain a clear overview when creativity runs wild? Then we're looking for you.

As a Creative Producer at VideoBird, you're the bridge between client and creative. One week you'll be on set for several days, the next you'll be busy preparing projects or streamlining processes. No two weeks are the same, and that's exactly what you love.

You'll effortlessly switch between different clients and sectors: from healthcare to technology, from labor market communications to B2B marketing. You'll oversee productions ranging from video, photography, and podcasts to animation, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both the client and the team.

You're organized, enjoy clear communication, and know how to guide creatives (sometimes we need that). At the same time, you're also a team player. Someone who not only gets the job done but also makes time for a good conversation over lunch, at the bar, or during a film night.

You bring with you:

- You live in (the region of) Amsterdam
- You have a driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creative (content) productions

Ervaring hebt met producties in B2B-marketing, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie of zakelijke events
Zelf ook weleens een camera of microfoon hebt opgepakt
Een voorliefde hebt voor film of storytelling in de breedste zin

Wat ga je doen?

- Je vertaalt klantwensen naar concrete acties voor ons productie- en postproductieteam
- Je bent projectmanager voor terugkerende klanten zoals Praxis en Nationale Nederlanden
- Je ondersteunt bij de planning van ons inhouse team van makers (video, audio, design)
- Je gaat mee als opnameleider bij livestreams
