Are you looking for work experience at a film production company? Then this is your chance! N279 Entertainment / Isabella Films is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our small team. We offer you the chance to peek behind the scenes at a film production company and actively participate in the creation and financing of our film projects. You'll gain insight into the practical aspects and the entire process of producing, finishing, and distributing feature films, both nationally and internationally.

About us:

Isabella Films and N279 Entertainment are sister companies led by producer Els Vandevorst. Isabella Films was founded in 1997 and has since co-produced major international productions such as Dancer in the Dark, Dogville (Lars von Trier), and It's All About Love (Thomas Vinterberg). Following their successful collaboration on the films Oorlogswinter (War Winter) and Het Zuiden (The South), producer Els Vandevorst and director Martin Koolhoven founded N279 Entertainment in 2011. In addition to Martin Koolhoven's Brimstone, N279 Entertainment has also produced films by other directors, including Mike van Diem (The Surprise), Nanouk Leopold (Above It Is Quiet), Christophe Van Rompaey (Lena), and Vincent Bal (Nono, the Zigzag Child).

N279 Entertainment and Isabella Films produce films of artistic value with compelling audience potential. We look beyond the Dutch borders and create films with an international appeal. Isabella Films also focuses on supporting undiscovered, raw talent and emerging female filmmakers with an authentic vision.

We offer a versatile internship within a small team and are therefore looking for a friendly and versatile colleague. You are curious and eager to learn. You take initiative, are punctual, organized, and stress-resistant, and possess analytical thinking skills. You enjoy (learning to) collaborate in a team and are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree. Your speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English are fluent. You are available 4 days a week for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 months.

Functie eisen / profiel
Als stagiair ondersteun je ons team met allerhande werkzaamheden. Je assisteert bij de financiering, ontwikkeling, postproductie en marketing van de speelfilms. Je assisteert daarnaast ook bij de dagelijkse kantoor- en productiewerkzaamheden. Denk hierbij aan:
Redactiewerk met betrekking tot diverse fondsenaanvragen;
Ondersteuning bij de ontwikkeling en (pre)productie van verschillende projecten;
Meelezen met filmplannen en scripts, korte leesrapporten daarover schrijven;
Assisteren bij financiële zaken zoals afrekeningen bij het Filmfonds, en het helpen bij het bijhouden van de administratie;
Organiseren van premières en viewings;
Algemene kantoorwerkzaamheden, zoals het monitoren van de emailinbox;

De werkzaamheden kunnen in overleg, afhankelijk van je eigen interesses en naar eigen initiatief worden uitgebreid.

Wat bieden wij?
Een gezellige en veelzijdige stage in een klein team. De stagevergoeding is €300 per maand (bruto).
