Hi! I'm looking for two actors for an intense, emotional drama scene.

What is the film about?
A father slides an important offer across the table. His daughter watches, hesitant. The offer has a distinctly silent meaning. It's an attempt to reconnect with his estranged daughter. But is that enough? The scene unravels through the scars of the past. Tension hangs in the air, unspoken.

Further explanation:
The film is written and directed by me. I'm Felipe, a film student at the Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences in Eindhoven. This short film is essentially a school project, but I'd also like to use this scene for my application to the Netherlands Film Academy and the University of the Arts Utrecht. I'm going to make a big deal about it.

Paul - Father (50–65 years):
Attentive yet vulnerable. Prefers to be in control. Must be able to express hope, regret, and longing in subtle gestures and glances. Words say one thing, but the intention is palpable beneath.

Rosa - Daughter (25–35 years):
Sharp and independent. She shows distance but struggles with doubt and inner conflict. She must be able to convey emotions in her gaze, posture, and silence, responding dynamically to her father.

Wat bieden wij?
Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat deze scène een echte acteerworkout is. Er is veel dialoog, maar alles draait om subtext. De spanning zit in hetgene wat de personage's juist niet tegen elkaar zeggen. Als acteur is dit dus echt een leuke uitdaging!
