In this project, we are developing a short branded video for Vlokhoven around the theme of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The video tells a cinematic and emotionally relatable story that centers on fear, curiosity, and exposure. We follow two sisters at the Oliemeulen Zoo in Tilburg: the younger sister is afraid of a spider, while the older sister calmly guides her. By looking closely at the web and slowly approaching the spider, fear transforms into curiosity. The goal of the video is to use metaphors and cinematic images to explain how exposure works within CBT: something unfamiliar feels scary until you are exposed to it.
The shoot will take place at Oliemeulen Zoo in Tilburg from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
