Filmkantoor will provide you with a content concept and a briefing. This briefing clearly outlines what we'd like to hear in the interview, providing the necessary depth and fully tailored to the target audience. Based on this, you'll head to the location with a small crew.

As an interviewer, you're responsible for the content of the story on set. You're the first point of contact for the client, oversee production and the shooting day's schedule, and maintain a calm and organized atmosphere. At the same time, you foster a safe, relaxed atmosphere where people feel comfortable.

You conduct interviews that go beyond the surface. You listen intently, ask the right questions, and sense what it takes to make someone feel seen and heard. The emphasis isn't on direction or technical choices, but on the person in front of the camera and what they have to say.

You often work with a small crew, usually a cameraman with an intern or camera assistant. This requires independence, oversight, and a pleasant, calm energy on set.
