Jurre has OCD symptoms, but has no awareness or idea of what is happening to him.
the thing is happening. It starts innocently with clicking on/off light switches, or touching
of door handles. His grandfather is a retired doctor and recognizes the symptoms. He decides to take Jurre on it
to address, but that leads to a discussion because Jurre does not think there is anything wrong with him.
The assignments in Jurre's head are becoming increasingly extreme and complicated.
Then one day he sees it in his mind: his grandfather getting an electric shock from a too-tight
Tightened lamp. In a panic, Jurre loosens the lamp, convinced that he is saving his grandfather.
but that's exactly why the lamp breaks. His grandpa/grandma, unsuspecting, takes the stairs to get a new one
He's installing a lamp. He loses his balance and falls. Grandpa/Grandma is taken to the hospital.
Because of his grandfather's accident, he realizes that if he had not unscrewed the lamp, it would probably have
wouldn't have happened at all. He starts thinking about his grandfather's words about OCD. Jurre
realizes that it was his fault that his grandfather fell, because he unscrewed the light bulb.
His grandparents aren't angry with Jurre because they think it's good that Jurre realizes his own mistake. Jurre and his grandparents
decide to look for help for Jurre together.

For this short film we are looking for a Male or Female actor who can play the role of 'Grandpa/Grandma'.

- Male or Female actor between 50-70 years old
- Acting experience is not required
- Unpaid

Periode
De eerste draaidag zal plaatsvinden op:
12 Februari 2026
13:00-18:00

Er zal ongeveer een maand later nog een draaidag zijn, maar daar is de plek en datum nog niet afgesproken.
