Because we are growing rapidly and have primarily handled our sales ourselves, we are looking for a partner who wants to contribute ideas and help us set up and streamline our commercial approach.

We're looking for someone to actively handle sales for us. So far, most of our clients have come to us through word of mouth, but we're ready for the next phase of growth. We want to approach and acquire new leads in a more targeted and proactive manner.

We are looking for a professional who will think with us about the best approach, reinvent the wheel and also enjoys carrying it out.

Humanity is our core value. Therefore, we're looking for someone who communicates gently and sincerely, yet is also strategically strong. Someone who can approach potential leads in a smart, thoughtful way and get them excited about what we do.

In the initial substantive discussions, we are the experts ourselves. Your role is to ensure we're there, to open new doors, and to connect us with the right parties.

We also appreciate it if you are interested in thinking about structures and funnels, so that we can improve these processes together.



You will, among other things:
Generating new leads for our three labels
Actively identify opportunities in the market, particularly within education and SMEs
Developing and testing strategies
Thinking about our proposition and commercial positioning
Structuring sales funnels and follow-up processes
Independently approach potential customers.

In the first phase, the focus is on jointly shaping, testing, implementing and refining the commercial strategy.

Je bent een zelfstandige professional met aantoonbare ervaring in B2B sales.

Daarnaast:
Je hebt ervaring met de uitvoering en bent bekend met het opzetten van salesstructuren.
Denk je strategisch, maar werk je ook hands-on
Begrijp je hoe je complexe, creatieve of strategische diensten verkoopt
Kun je zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
Ben je comfortabel met koude acquisitie en relatieopbouw
Je snapt onze merken en kan communiceren in onze stijl.
Je gaat lekker op een creative omgeving met een hoop gezellige chaos.

Ervaring en affiniteit binnen creatieve dienstverlening, branding of onderwijs is een pré.
