PRODUCER for short film

I’m directing and acting in a 7 to 8 minute short film called “Letting Go”. The story follows a man who uses a “Memory Device” to relive moments with his late partner. We’re applying for the Shortcutz Greenlight program with a shoot planned for early May.

Looking for a producer to help coordinate cast and crew on a short film about grief and memory, someone organised, communicative, and easy to work with.

Periode
Now through end of April for coordination, shoot day early May.

Functie eisen / profiel
∙ Coordinating with cast and crew: confirming availability, sharing documents, and being the main point of contact for any questions before and during the shoot.
∙ That’s genuinely the core of the role, I’m handling the shotlist, shooting schedule, location scouting and the Greenlight application myself.
∙ Available for a couple of short check-ins before the shoot day.
∙ We’re a small team, around 3 actors, up to 10 extras, and a crew of 8 or 9.
