The assignment:
For my final project in the Illustrated & Animated Storytelling program, I am looking for a composer for the original score. It involves a stop-motion animation with a total duration of 3.5 minutes. A moving storyboard is currently available to serve as a basis for discussing the atmosphere and timing.

Cooperation:
I am looking for a composer, for example a conservatory graduate who enjoys experimenting with sound. Whether this is electronic, instrumental, or via soundscapes, there is plenty of room for personal artistic interpretation. The goal is to find the right sound for this film together through a good connection.

Mijn voorgaande film, Cell Buddies, is momenteel nog een uitgebreid internationaal festivaltraject aan het doorlopen met meer dan 140 festival selecties in 43 landen. Cell Buddies is daarbij geselecteerd voor grote festivals als Interfilm, Kaboom, Monstra, Filmfest Dresden en Zlín. Voor dit nieuwe project zal ik ook een actieve festivalstrategie hanteren om de film bij een zo breed mogelijk (internationaal) publiek onder de aandacht te brengen.

Vergoeding:
Het project is onbetaald. Er worden wel afspraken gemaakt over een winstdeling mocht de film in de toekomst onverhoopt commerciële inkomsten genereren. De rechten van de compositie blijven bij de maker en er wordt gezorgd voor een volledige vermelding in de credits.
