Gezocht: Acteurs voor een sciencefiction film!

'GODS' is set in the 30th century, in which humanity has left Earth due to a looming black hole. The only beings remaining are humanoid, man-worshipping Androids.

Raba and Bee are part of the last remaining Androids on Earth; in a race against time, they must reach an extraction point. When they are forced to traverse a gigantic field filled with discarded Androids along the way, Raba's blind love for her human creators comes into direct conflict with a bitter reality.

Raba (Main role)
Age: 23-28
Gender: Female
Character: A philanthropic Android who wants nothing more than to be with them. She has social anxiety after living in solitude for years, which can sometimes make her come across as unintentionally blunt. Raba is ambitious, positive, but naive.
Requirements: Someone who can portray both strength and vulnerability. The character is not afraid to say what she stands for, but also has deep-seated insecurities.

Bee (co-lead)
Age: 18-21
Gender: Male
Character: Introverted and quiet. Bee is goal-oriented but does not dare to speak his mind, neither verbally nor emotionally. Yet he carries years of baggage with him, something that sometimes seeps out.
Requirements: Can convey emotion through body language and without dialogue. Can express oneself physically. The character is literally: still waters run deep.

The Reject (side character)
Age: 35-50
Gender: Open
Character: Loving but strict. The Reject is part of a larger group that has been rejected by both Androids and Humans. Yet, the Reject finds their strength in this.
Requirements: Strong presence, with the power to convince others of their viewpoints. Sees the best in people, even under the most difficult circumstances.

Draaidagen:
7 en 8 mei in Valkenburg, Zuid-Limburg.
Op de Reject na, wie maar op 7 mei aanwezig hoeft te zijn.

Wat bieden wij?
We bieden een crew die bestaat uit zowel professionals als film studenten in opleiding. Daarnaast bieden we catering en een overnachting voor "Raba" en "Bee" tussen de draaidagen. Ook kunnen we kijken naar wat er mogelijk is voor een reiskostenvergoeding. Natuurlijk bieden we de kans om mee te werken aan een bijzonder project.
