Gemotiveerde actrice gezocht (20-35 jaar)

My name is Rikke van der Burgh, producer, and together with three fellow students, we are producing a short film; this will be our graduation film. The name of this production is Blaam. The theme of our short film is guilt. Below is the synopsis of our production.

A lonely woman is responsible for a fatal car accident in which three of her acquaintances were killed. The woman is the only survivor, but in exchange for her life, she must cope with a sense of guilt so immense that the deceased souls constantly haunt her. This has been going on for many years. She completely loses herself in her mental health and concludes that things cannot continue like this any longer.

The woman decides to go to church, hoping that as soon as she dares to open up and confess her sins, she can finally pick up her life again. That everything will be exactly the same as before the accident. But is she brave enough to do the right thing?

We are looking for a motivated, talented actress with a great passion for conveying emotion to the viewer with genuine power. Our film is a psychological drama; the story has a very emotionally charged tone. It concerns a woman who has lived for years with immense guilt, and consequently, trauma. The scenes therefore call for intense acting; the character is put under heavy pressure to confess her debts, experiencing severe tension and eventually breaking down. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to make themselves vulnerable and truly make this character feel it.

Naturally, we consider it at least as important that the actress feels a great love for this profession and views portraying such a role as a wonderful opportunity to further develop herself!

Wat bieden wij?
Wij bieden als allereerst natuurlijk een gezellige sfeer, filmstudenten kunnen hier wel wat van;)

Daarnaast zorgen wij voor een professionele catering, met een goed gevulde maag kunnen we natuurlijk allemaal het allerbeste presteren!

Wij bieden een vergoeding, maar wij zijn natuurlijk wel nog studenten. Het budget is daarom beperkt. De invulling van deze vergoeding is nader te bepalen, hier kunnen wij helaas op dit moment nog niet heel duidelijk in zijn. Maar een vergoeding is er zeker!

ALs laatste bieden wij natuurlijk een zeer mooie kans om je binnen de acteerwereld verder te kunnen ontwikkelen. Deze rol is uitdagend, maar ook zeker een waarin je je helemaal kunt uitleven!
