Looking for a model for sculpture

The project is an art installation that will include a digital film and real-world sculptures. The sculptural ensemble features a dying kind and his three cloned sons that are watching over him.

Looking for a person to use as a model for the sculpture. This person will be 3D scanned and this scan will then be turned into a life-size sculpture that will become part of the art installation. The role is that of an authoritarian leader/king. You will be portraying a dying king laying on the ground. Semi-nude, only wearing underwear. Need to be okay with transferring rights to your likeness for commercial purposes (only in the context of this sculpture, possible future sculptures, and possible use as a 3D model in the digital film).

The person we are looking for is a male 50 or 60+, different kind of body compositions will be considered. Comfortable with being semi-nude. Comfortable with embodying a kind/leader.

Periode
ASAP is preferred. The scanning will most likely happen in the week of 13th to 18th April.

Wat bieden wij?
Offer compensation for the day of work with the 3D scanning. Actual scanning takes around 20 minutes. Possibly we will do a try-out session beforehand. Can offer 100 euro for scanning + try-out session, travel will be compensated from any point in Netherlands if needed, and a catering budget for the day(s) of direct work.

The project will be presented in a gallery space in Amsterdam and is expected to be shown in multiple other locations. Previous projects from the maker have been shown in museum across Netherlands and internationally. Your contribution will be a central point of attention in the installation and thus used extensively for communication in the coming presentations.
