Looking for (amateur) actors

For my graduation project at ArtEZ (fine art), I am busy creating my experimental film. In this project I am researching a personal question 'How do you tell someone that your father has passed away?'. By directing (semi professional/ amateur) actors in different scenarios, I look for behavior, language and humor that comes with grief. The work is not about making a final polished performance, the emphasis is on my directions and how the actors interact with them.

I'm looking for an enthusiastic actor with some experience and knowledge. Someone that is eager to learn and likes working in experimental fine art/ film environment. Some experience in acting is required. You possess acting skills and feel comfortable standing in front of a camera, but you don’t have to be professional or have tons of experience. This project focuses on improvisation, so flexibility and an open attitude are important.

It’s also important to understand the sensitivities regarding the thematics of grief in this project.

Mainly looking for ages below 20 and above 30 years old.

Periode
On the 6th of May I will hold auditions for actors, this will be filmed and is part of the work. I will provide a very open script to prepare for the audition, during we will play with my directions in different scenarios and working with other actors.
