diverse and absurd types, sits in front of the television. The camera never moves and is on
a considerable distance from the spectacle.
This room forms the framework of the film. We return to it again and again, and each time it is
the tableau changes. The situation becomes increasingly absurd. The TV is always on while
in the background increasingly bizarre scenes emerge that refer to the thematic
blocks of the film. Each short interlude ends with a title card that presents the theme of the
