Omschrijving- Laurence: Male, 18-25 years old.
Laurence is accustomed to control, status, and social hierarchy. He is self-confident, charming, and knows how to navigate his own world. When that world crumbles, what remains is someone who tries to hold on to who he thinks he is at all costs. Furthermore, his behavior falls flat in an environment where it has no meaning.
- Claire: Female, 18-25 years old.
Claire is Laurence's girlfriend. She moves effortlessly within the world of the corps and naturally belongs there. She is sociable and attractive, but her involvement sometimes feels superficial. Her loyalty is not a given and is tied to what suits her best.
- Piet: Male, 45-70 years old.
Piet is a down-to-earth, taciturn farmer. He says little, but what he says hits home. He is not impressed by status or money. Beneath his austere demeanor lies a dry sense of humor and calm. He observes more than he speaks.
