Gaffer gezocht voor dansfilm (student/non-budget)

For Pien Schouten, I make short films and dance films. For a new project, we are looking for a gaffer who enjoys creatively contributing to building the visual atmosphere of the film.

Concept:
We live in a time where we are constantly connected, yet feel alone more and more often. We look at screens, but rarely at each other.

The film is set in a theater, a place that feels almost nostalgic. A space where we are together, without really knowing each other. It is precisely this tension that takes center stage: existing side by side without connection, and yet being together in some way.

Through movement, we show how distance can slowly transform into connection. Small, imperfect, but human.

We are looking for a gaffer who:
– Is interested in visual storytelling and atmosphere
– Creative wants to contribute ideas regarding lighting and look & feel
– Enjoys working together in a small, motivated crew
– (Experience is nice, but motivation and vision are more important)

Periode
Opnames & rehearsals: 26 mei en 24 juni

Functie eisen / profiel
Beschikbaar op de draaidagen
– Basis kennis van licht (ervaring is een plus)
– Teamplayer met een proactieve houding
