We are looking for a child for a promotional video we are making for a study day on NT2 education. NT2 stands for Nederlands als Tweede Taal — schools that guide children who are still discovering the language.
The video follows a child walking through a school hallway who becomes overwhelmed by everything happening around him or her: sounds, images, a world full of stimuli that are not yet meaningful. Then the teacher appears — and with a single glance or smile, gives the child the feeling: this will be okay, we will learn it together.

OmschrijvingWe are looking for a child who comes across credibly as a newcomer in a Dutch school environment — someone who can authentically convey the feeling of 'everything is unknown'. Preferably a child with a non-Dutch speaking home background or a multilingual background, but above all: a child who tells a story with their presence, without the need for elaborate theatrical scenes.
What we are looking for:
Age Group 3 (6–7 years) · Natural, calm demeanor in front of the camera · Can follow simple instructions on set.
PeriodePraktisch:
Productiedag van circa 4 uur · Locatie bij voorkeur Amsterdam · De video wordt ingezet via website, e-mail en social media gericht op het onderwijs in de regio Groningen.
Draaidag in periode eind Mei - begin Juni.
