For our experimental short fiction film, Haast U Langzaam, we are looking for 2 male supporting roles. We are looking for actors who can subtly incorporate discomfort, humor, and absurdity into their acting style. Dialogue consists of non-theatrical, short sentences. Experience is not required.
Logline:
When the TV-addicted Theo cannot pay the prostitute, she takes his TV to her next client, Mark. Theo does everything he can to get it back and accidentally ruins Mark's life in the process.
In this film, the influence of visual culture on our worldview is questioned or criticized through an absurdist perspective.

May 27 (15:00 - 20:00 in Breda) - NEIGHBOR (30-60 years) – The middle-class neighbor who is repairing his bicycle. He engages in small talk with Mark and later with Theo, during which Mark is completely exposed.
