Stage - Script / Conceptueel (September - Januari)

Hello,

My name is Marieke van de Sanden and I am a 3rd year film student at Hogeschool Zuyd Maastricht.
From September I am looking for an internship for half a year in the script - conceptual direction.

In recent years I have found out that my main interest as a filmmaker lies in working conceptually and inventing stories and converting them into scripts. That is why I would also like to do an internship in that direction. I think it would be interesting to be a sparring partner for a filmmaker, but I would like to work in a writer's room for a film or series.
I have multiple experience in short student films and my own films. In addition, last year I followed a minor in psychology and creative writing (with a focus on film scripts)

In terms of genre, I am mainly interested in (tragi) comedy and black humour. I am also a big fan of arthouse films, but I also enjoy sketches. My other interests are theatre, music, politics, sexuality and psychology.

I don't mind moving temporarily for my internship, so location is no problem for me. I'd like to see how things work in the professional sphere, and I especially want to get better at scriptwriting.
